warning...

you may experience fat quarter envy from this post. I'm sorry. You can cure it here.

I was so excited to buy this set. I loooooooooove Denyse Schmidt's Hope Valley. I can just see a beautiful circle quilt from this, with lots of white in between. If I ever get around to making a quilt. And I will! I will!

I will.

  1. Oh, pretty! I have a fat quarter stack of Hope Valley on its way to me right now, but I'm still a tad envious since you have yours and I do not!

Make the quilt! I absolutely adore quilting, and I'll be making a quilt (the first one that is actually for me) from my Hope Valley too!

  2. I love fabric, but alas I do not sew. I have the same feeling about a new stack of paper as your do for fat quarters though! Very pretty! ~Lanie

  7. Oh yes, I have envy :-) The trouble with my job is researching every line and then wanting them ... ALL!

  8. *swoon* :). I'm the lucky girl that got some of those beautiful fat quarters in her stocking, so I'm not overly jealous. It's a beautiful collection. I love the muted, sophisticated colors. Enjoy!

  10. Back. A circle quilt sounds beautiful. This line screams for a classic quilt design like that. You can do it!

  11. Love Hope Valley! I bought a half yard cut of the entire collection and it's intended for a quilt for our bed... who knows when I'll have time to make it though hehe

  12. Kaye, love to see yours when you are done, so I can be inspired!

Lanie, I love me some paper too. Between paper and fabric it's a bit of a financial drain. :-)

Megan, Wild Thyme is so cool! did not need to see that...

Thanks everyone for your droolage. I'm excited!

  13. Robyn, if I made you have to count to ten, I know I've made a good decision! I love the idea of a circle quilt, and as it happens, I just bought a circle cutter! whoo.
